Don’t worry if you are not completely satisfied with your new Islabike for any reason. We ask that the bike has been used for no more than a short test ride on a clean, dry surface.
For orders shipped within the continental United States, we will collect the bike at our expense and offer a free exchange or full refund at any time during the first 90 days after delivery. For orders shipped outside of the continental United States, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. Please call to arrange your return before packaging and shipping your bike.
Packages that are returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have safely received your item undamaged. We have full packaging instructions available to assist with the safe return of a bike.

Islabikes guarantees every one of our frames and forks for 5 years and each part for 2 years. This guarantee covers faulty manufacturing but not normal wear and tear. Our guarantee only applies to the original customer and to be eligible for warranty the bicycle must stay in the United States or Canada.
